Mailo מסופקת בתקופה זו כבטא סגורה: השירות עשוי להשתנות, להיות זמנית לא זמין, או לכלול תקלות. גיבויים מבוצעים, אך מומלץ לשמור עותקים של מסמכים קריטיים.
אתה אחראי לנכונות הנתונים שאתה מזין (פרטי עסק, לקוחות, שורות מסמכים), לחוקיות המסמכים שאתה מפיק, ולשמירת פרטי ההתחברות שלך. מסמכים שהופקו הם רשומות קבועות שאינן ניתנות לעריכה — תיקונים נעשים באמצעות מסמכי זיכוי בהתאם לדין.
Mailo אינה ייעוץ מס, ייעוץ משפטי או ראיית חשבון. חישובי מע"מ ותצוגות הם כלי עזר בלבד; באחריותך לוודא עמידה בדרישות רשות המסים מול איש מקצוע מוסמך.
הנתונים שלך נשארים שלך. ל-Mailo רישיון מוגבל לעבדם רק לצורך מתן השירות. ייצוא הנתונים זמין דרך חבילת רואה החשבון.
אם בחרת לחבר Gmail, אתה מעניק ל-Mailo הרשאה מוגבלת לקריאה ולעיבוד של נתוני Gmail רק לצורך מתן תכונות איסוף המסמכים והסנכרון המתוארות במדיניות הפרטיות. ניתן לנתק את Gmail בכל עת. הניתוק מפסיק גישה ואיסוף עתידיים, אך אינו מוחק אוטומטית מסמכים ונתונים חשבונאיים שכבר יובאו; מחיקתם כפופה לבקשתך ולחובות שמירה חוקיות.

Mailo is a product of Vamos Investments Ltd. (Hebrew: וומוס אינווסטמנטס בע"מ), a company registered in Israel, company number 516891967, of Shlomzion HaMalka, Jerusalem. These terms are an agreement between you and the company.
Mailo is currently provided as a closed beta: the service may change or be temporarily unavailable. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the legality of documents you issue. Issued documents are permanent records; corrections are made through credit notes as required by law. Mailo is not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Your data remains yours; Mailo processes it only to provide the service. Deletion is subject to Israeli accounting record-retention duties.
If you choose to connect Gmail, you grant Mailo a limited authorization to read and process Gmail data only to provide the document-collection and synchronization features described in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect Gmail at any time. Disconnecting stops future access and collection but does not automatically delete previously imported documents or derived accounting records; their deletion remains subject to your request and applicable legal-retention duties.
