From scattered files to a business record

Invoices, receipts, bank records and employee documents often arrive through different channels. Mailo brings those documents into a workspace where the original file and its extracted details can be reviewed together.

The current closed beta supports Gmail collection, manual uploads and photographed or scanned documents. Extraction helps organize the record; you remain responsible for checking uncertain details.

How the workflow works

  1. Connect Gmail with read-only permission, or upload a supported business document.
  2. Review the original document alongside the details Mailo identifies. Correct fields that need attention.
  3. Organize documents by their business context, including suppliers, customers or employees.
  4. Work with your accountant through access you authorize and prepare documents for review.

Built for business owners and their accountants

Mailo helps owners keep track of what has arrived and what needs attention. It supports an organized handover to an accountant; it does not replace professional accounting or tax advice.

Employee document organization is part of the workspace. It should not be confused with running payroll or automatically submitting government forms.

Availability and operator

Mailo is in closed beta and is not open for unrestricted signup. Existing invited users can sign in; new businesses can request access using the Hebrew beta form.

Questions and answers

Does Mailo change my Gmail messages?

The Gmail connection uses read-only access. It does not send, delete or modify messages. You can disconnect it; previously imported documents are governed by the retention and deletion policy.

Is automatic extraction always correct?

No. Review important fields against the original file. Extraction results are working data, not professional approval of a document.
